Hope....

The responses to my most recent journal have given me hope. Thank you.

Here's a shot of Emma with with the P-51. She was a throw in on the day's shoot, she came along with another girl just to see the planes. I threw her into a dress and some heels while everyone else was in make-up and I snapped away while making the rounds on the planes. This one came out great.

I love the picture. But you know what. Her left foot is somewhat odd... The way she kind of leans into her ankle actually distracted me from the actual motif. It's an iddy bitty thing, but the foot was the first thing I saw. And it distracts from her otherwise beautiful bodyline.

I see what you mean about the foot, but I actually like the angles. I told her I wanted her to be more dynamic, that was one of the things she did. :)

Looks a bit odd to me. Maybe I've been watching too much ANTM or BNTM... They always tell the girls to keep the lines straight.

I particularly like the composition of this piece. I kinda agree with the foot thing though, i was drawn to it first too. But i do love this in spite of that minor detail

Love it. Striking pose. Looks late like a vintage late 50s image (without the time decay on the film :D). Absolutely LOVE IT!

The highlights on her dress combined with the clouds make the picture for me. Almost didn't notice the plane.
